Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear but is not indestructible. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, exposure to water, chemicals, or environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear.

Once an order has been shipped, bungalowBLONDE, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or carrier-related issues.

SECTION 19 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sale items, vintage jewelry, apparel, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Eligible jewelry items may be returned if the return process is initiated within five (5) days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

bungalowBLONDE, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume all risk for lost or damaged return packages.

SECTION 20 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content associated with bungalowBLONDE, LLC, including but not limited to jewelry designs, product styling, photography (including AI-assisted imagery), branding, logos, and written content, is the exclusive property of bungalowBLONDE, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
