RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through bungalowBLONDE, LLC (“bungalowBLONDE®,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). bungalowBLONDE® is a registered trademark. By making a purchase on our site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
FINAL SALE
At this time, all items shipped outside of the United States are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In addition, all sale items, vintage jewelry, apparel, accessories, and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Eligible jewelry items may be returned if the return process is initiated within five (5) days of confirmed delivery. Returns requested outside of this window will not be accepted.
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, and must be returned with all original packaging, including any included materials, tags, and your order confirmation or invoice. bungalowBLONDE, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Due to the nature of our materials, including natural stones, bone, shell, and handcrafted elements, variations in color, shape, and texture are expected and are not considered defects.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout, less any original shipping costs.
bungalowBLONDE, LLC reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet the stated conditions.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
EXCHANGES
At this time, bungalowBLONDE, LLC does not offer exchanges.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
bungalowBLONDE, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as all return shipments are sent at the customer’s risk.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To request a return, you must log into your customer account and initiate the return process within five (5) days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide the reason for your return.
All returned items must be securely packaged and include original packaging, along with your order confirmation or invoice.
